What is my connection to these domains ?!

Like you, I am an innocent user who bought for $1.5 or $15 an "acount to use Workplace for life".

When I realized that the administrators of the account had abandoned the domain of the account, I bought it. Hoping to get from google  the account back up and running.

With onme.info I managed for a month and then someone convinced Google to give him the management and he deleted everything.

With soft-solution the administrator simply abandoned the domain and the storage management that was filled. Google doesn't care, according to their protocol this is what it should be.

So I'm posting here because at the time 2 months ago it made me very angry. But I got over it. and at the end of the year I might not renew the domains.

A little more information

The lady who was in touch with me, the Google service lady was Kimberly from the Philippines. At the first stage when I asked to bring onme.info back to life she was nice and smart.

In the second stage, after admin@vocharter.com was given the management rights of the workspace and he deleted all of us, I turned to her and at a certain point I realized that she had completely changed her attitude. do not know why. She accused me of making a financial deal with the person above and passed the responsibility for this statement on to "Google engineers". I didn't understand what her point was, but she didn't share the information either, so I couldn't dispute this statement of hers.

When I realized that this was the case, I asked her to at least do something for the 1100 people who would be very hurt by the fact that they don't restore the accounts. I asked her to at least refund the accounts for a month, inform people that they can download their materials and then delete them. I even said that I have backups of my materials (besides the email) and that I am neither the issue nor important. I did not receive any reference to the matter.


In short, unfortunately I can't help you with anything at the moment. Here below is a link to the Google form requesting to restore. You are welcome to fill it out and send it to Google, maybe "the voice of the crowd" will still change something for Google.

But as usual: do not develop too high expectations, Google's formal answers can cause disappointment and insult and there is nothing you can do.

People are asking so I decided to upload this page with a little explanation of what happened. Unfortunately it won't really help but at least you know.




What was in the last four months:
1. The account manager abandoned this account and sold his domain.
2. After I bought the domain,Google authorized me to manage this account also for the benefit of the 1100 account users defined under the onme.info domain.
3. Another primary domain (vocharter.com) with no users or perhaps one user, whose dns records were not directed to Google, was defined in the account. Apparently someone bought this domain and managed to get management rights from google.


4. A second after google approved him, He deleted my account and that of the other 1100 users. Several users were able to contact me and one even shared that he would lose his job because his account was deleted. One can assume that there are many others like him who will lose valuable personal or business information that was in these accounts.
5. In short, a Google workspace that serves 1100 people has become a 100TB private account of someone with no morals and no restraints. And all this under google full protection.
6. I understand that Google has forms, procedures and regulations. But maybe there are also people behind the practices.

I turned to Google again. I spoke to the same woman who spoke to me on the phone at least 3 times in the first stage. But until this moment she did not have the courage to do the right thing. Claiming that I don't go through their information questionnaire, which includes questions like what are the names of users, etc. that I never bothered to bother with it because I thought it was not my concern.
